Terms and Conditions: Booking conditions: Whilst we understand unexpected things may happen, to avoid any unforeseen circumstances we highly recommend travel insurance. Cancellations within 21 days of your booking will render your deposit non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Cleaning: Should the cottage not be left neat and tidy with the dishes in the dishwasher a minimum cleaning of $100 will be charged. Check out: Should you leave later than the stated check out time you will be charged $50/ half hour. Smoking: Is not permitted in the cottage, deck only. Should you smoke in the cottage you will be charged $550 cleaning fee. Damage: You will be charged accordingly to any damages to property.
