Accessibility
Misty View Cottages have reviewed the accessibility restraints of the existing infrastructure and have incorporated accessibility designs into the new cottage (Ramp access, bathroom access and onsite accessible parking etc).
Guests are asked of any special requirements at the time of booking and guests with pre existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities can freely discuss our accessibility options. Customer service training is provided to all staff upon induction on our accessibility procedures and regularly reviewed.
We are currently analysing the information provided to guests and updating our website to support people with other disabilities such as vision impairment and actively encourage bookings from guests with support animals.
