Risk Mitigation
The safety of guests and staff are essential in our day-to-day operations.
We have a number of policies and procedures in place to minimise and eliminate risks associated with our operations which can be found in our Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
- We utilise security and back up measures to protect against online attacks and breaches of privacy protection.
- We are proactive in checking for potential fire risks each day and follow risk mitigation procedures including daily clearing of dry organic matter, ensuring fire breaks are clear, equipment is regularly maintained and tagged, fire procedures are clearly signed in each cottage and any potential hazardous materials are stored correctly.
- Chemicals used are eco-friendly, bio-based, non-toxic and will not cause harm to sensitive environments.
- In order to combat threats to domestic travel such as interest rates, costs of living pressures, pent up demand for overseas travel and mitigate any further risks we have increased our marketing efforts, defined our brand and offering, stepped up our focus on the customer experience and are promoting ourselves as a premier experience in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
