It is important that the personal information we collect is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You can contact us at any time to update your personal information, or to tell us if your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete.

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your information is no longer required we securely destroy it from our systems.

You may request access to the information we hold about you by contacting us. We may be required by law to retain your personal information after you have ceased your relationship with us.

We do not send personal information outside the country unless to do so is authorised by law.
What about sensitive information ?

21-Day Free Cancellation Policy*
Get greater flexibility when you book direct with us:
- You can cancel up to 21 days prior to check-in with no charge.
- If you cancel within 21 days of your check-in date we will only charge you your deposit.
- The above terms are not valid for bookings made on third-party websites.*
Only pay the deposit when you book
- Secure your dates with a 1-night deposit.
- Pay the balance on arrival.
Covid insurance
You never know, right? To ensure you don’t lose your deposit due to unexpected illness, we recommend travel insurance.

Need to know
Check-out: 10am. We know it can be hard to leave but we need to get the cottages ready for our next guests. If you’re out after 10am you’ll be charged $50 per half hour.
Cleaning: Please leave the cottage neat and tidy with the dishes in the dishwasher. If the cottage is a mess you could be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $100.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the cottage, please. If you feel the need, you may smoke on the deck. Please dispose of the butts responsibly. Should you smoke in the cottage you will be charged a $550 cleaning fee.
Damage: Accidents happen. Please report any breakages or damage before you leave. If we need to charge for repairs and/or replacement this will be charged to your credit card.
